CfEL has built a highly experienced team that brings together an understanding of commercial investment, private sector finance and public sector policy. Working at a local, national and international level, the company is passionate about delivering programmes that drive SME growth.

The company is guided by an independent, expert Board of Directors with many years of relevant experience as leaders in the fields of SME debt and equity finance, and in growing businesses.

The senior team is staffed by specialists with many years of relevant SME finance and investment experience. Drawn from backgrounds in both the private and public sectors, they design, implement and manage a range of funds and finance support programmes.
