Enterprise Finance Guarantee Enquiries

For Lenders – Individuals within a participating Lender should contact their central processing team or other designated internal EFG expert who can obtain further information from CfEL.

For Businesses – The granting of EFG is fully delegated to the Participating Lenders. Businesses should discuss any issues with the Lender. A full list of lenders can be found on the BIS website here. Business Link can also provide information and help to businesses seeking finance under EFG.

CfEL staff cannot discuss the potential eligibility of individual businesses for EFG-backed loans nor mediate in disputes between businesses and their banks.
